Our client is a luxury destination wedding planner & design company based in Lisbon.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate and join a hard working team of event professionals, who execute high-end private events in Portugal.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative management (invoicing and accounting document organiasation)
- Daily office tasks
- Client reception and assistance
- Vendor communication
- CEO Personal Assistant (managing a weekly schedule, handling email enquiries, prep meetings and site visits, assisting in event organisation, and supporting all project needs)
We are looking for someone responsible with a strong ethical sense, excellent communication skills, and a sense of aesthetics. Given the industry, it is essential that you have an interest in interior design, event management, luxury products and brands, and an exceptional aptitude for customer service, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to provide the best possible experience.
