Xerox Hellas AEE, a Xerox Company, is seeking a Channel Business Manager (CBM) to support the Athens area. The CBM will be responsible for managing and supporting sales business through distributors, resellers, value added partners and retail stores.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand relationships with assigned channel partners
- Engages, directs, and influences Xerox resources to sell and support Xerox solutions within the channel partner
- Achieve Agency revenue targets and accountable for all Lines of business performance within Indirect channels
- Ensure processes are put in place to regularly monitor progress and implement action plans to ensure achievement of objectives
- Supports development of sales strategies with the sales channel to drive achievement of revenue objectives
- Actively engage in sales cycles and maintains appropriate sales management systems
- Managing operational performance and assessing the agent performance to identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve performance
- Manages the channel partner relationship to enable win-win partnerships: this includes effective two-way communications of corp strategies, acts as a channel partner advocate and communicates “voice of the partner” to key Xerox personnel, and manages contract compliance for both performance and ethical compliance.
- Engages, directs, and influences Xerox resources to sell and support Xerox solutions within the channel partner
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the channel selling field
- Fluent in English
- Knowledgeable in the IT field
- Excellent business acumen and relationship skills
- Excellent presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively when developing solutions
- Demonstrated ability to grasp technical product knowledge
